As far as towing capability, the New Cadillac Escalade will be rated to tow up to 6000 pounds with rear wheel drive and 5700 pounds with all wheel drive.The Escalade Hybrid comes equipped with and eight inch touch screen showcasing a hybrid drive system, allowing the driver to see which mode the SUV is functioning in. For all those people who have been whining for years about the unwillingness of Infiniti to bring us a convertible version of the coupe, shut your mouth because the New 2009 Infiniti G37  Convertible is now here! The G37 will actually be the second attmept by infinti at a convertible luxury car.

The G37 Convertible’s interior includes a special aluminum trim that can be switched for African Rosewood, optional multi-adjustable sport seats, and an outsized trunk. The Convertible is jam packed with accessories like, Bose Open Air audio system with thirteen speakers (and a couple in the headrest), a wind deflector, pop-up rollbars, optional heated and cooled seats, and automatic adjusting climate control. The sweet Bose Sound System is so technologuy advanced that the speakers will adjust the sound output when the top is down. The Convertible features unique body panels which include three-piece retractable hardtop that folds under a tonneau cover into the trunk. Did we mention the top takes about 30 seconds to put down and up.

Nissan engineers did a great job of modifying the chassis, suspension, panels, and trunk area to adapt the car as a convertible. The convertible weight ballons due to the retractable top and all the motorized hardware. At 453 pounds. heavier that the coupe and over 100lbs. more that the 335i drop-top.

Engine wise, the 2009 Infiniti G37 Convertible has a 3.7L V6 engine producing 327hp and 267lb.lb feet of torque. It comes available with a sport package and a standard six speed manual transmission or an optional seven speed automatic. The convertible also includes 19-inch rolling stock, enhanced brakes, and sport-tuned steering. The G37 comes with F1 style paddle shifters. When you’re still driving your paid-off car and it’s still reliable, you’ll be glad that you invested a little extra time and money.
