What are the best reliable luxury cars for a college student?

My mom says she would get any car that I want and I want a luxury car, but I am a college student so I want one that would be reliable. Also I would have to drive about 20 mins. to school everyday because I am living off campus. Which luxury cars are most reliable?

    Lexus and BMW.

    I would get a Volvo or a BMW – but an Audi could be great too. They are dependable, very safe and quite luxurious.

    Any luxury car will be reliable – that’s part of what you pay for. For the fun quotient – I’d go with either the BMW or the Audi. But Volvos have a slight edge with safety and reliability, judging from my friends.

    I guess that depends on whether your mom is paying for your gas and insurance too. I understand that the Rolls Silver Ghost is nice. Why would reliable be an issue? Won’t she just buy you another one if this one gets dirty?
