Scooter, because 1. the traffic 2. parking 3. not having to worry about fuel (scooters cheaper)
the motorcycle 1. you can have it for every 2. better gas mileage
3. the look awesome and are fun to ride
I think you can rent a car, it’s very easy and cheap, just rent online in some companies, here is a review.
