Can you wakesurf behind a jet boat?

I have a 1996 Seadoo Challenger and I’m not looking to do anything fancy just cruise around the lake.

probably not — it takes a heavy boat to throw a wake sufficient for surfing.

It would be possible. If the boat does not make large enough of a wake naturally, you could invest in water bladders that are placed in the rear of the boat to increase the displacement and therefore, wake. Expect to spend $300 – $1000 on a good bladder though. Check Overtons.com.
