oh cool i just got my endorsment all i did was i studied for the test i went and took the writen test i passed then they do a drivin test i passed the drivin test its very easy then once youv gotin your endorsment take your tital of your bike and go to the coart house and get a license plate for your bike i got a permanat plate on mine it was only 85 bucks i hope this answer helps ya
Go to the DMV and pick-up the Motorcyle Permit Application.
Fill it out, then submit.
To get a motorcycle license you need to pass a written test and a road test.

Look up the web site for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation.
They offer a very simple class you can take to learn how to ride and how to be safe. You leave the class with your licence.
I took the class and two of my daughters did. Its amazingly informative for beginers and experienced riders.
