What is the best way to mold new motorcycle pants that are tight?

I just got some new motorcycle pants and the leather is brand new. Need ways to stretch it and make more supple in some areas.
They’re armoured with knee draggers and cut in ‘riding position’ to zip together with a racing jacket.

I use leather conditioner to soften new and used leather riding gear and boots. Here are some products.
