Just the normal lights for the size and class of your vessel. If you just have a row boat, then a flashlight to show in time to avoid collison is suffucent.

Tom has it for he most part. If you are drifting you need to still show your navigation lights. If you are anchored then you only need to show an all-round white light or show the flash light if you see another vessel approaching.

Have you taken a boaters safety course? If not i would suggest that you do. Enjoy your fishing!

It depends. If you are using oars or paddles only you can use an all-round white light or flashlight. If you are powered but your maximum speed does not exceed 7 knots, you need an all around white light, plus red and green running lights if feasible; if more than 7 knots the side lights are mandatory.
If you are engaged in a type of fishing other than trolling (gill-netting, for example) in lieu of the white masthead light you need one all-around red light over one all-around white light in addition to your side lights, and you will need jack-lights for your gill nets.
If you are fishing while at anchor, you only need one all-around white light with no sidelights.
