Ugh wetness on the ignition system.
Plug wires got wet and were arcing to the block. If original wires, good idea to replace them.
Both previous people were correct. Wet ignition wires. Solution . Replace spark plug wires as well as cap and rotor
What would cause a car to act strangely after leaving a car wash? That would be water. Yep. No doubt.
Probably, her spark plug wires are not all that great, and they threw some sparks when they got wet.
