Mine is just over 200.00 and my insurance is (full coverage 50.00 deductible) about 50.00 per month. Most finance companies require a minimum coverage to replace their collateral. I carry replacement costs and it covers the bike PLUS the depreciation if it is totaled out. Not bad. also I carry credit life and disability. I broke a leg once and couldn't work for three months. I didn't have it then and it took me years to get caught back up on bills and get my credit back in shape. Really depends on the interest rate. However..... Insurance is another matter. It might cost you that much more for full coverage on a Ninja 1000 or a Hayabusa. I had one that cost about $10k and it ran $187.00 mo pymt and insurance was dirt cheap, like $250 a year. That is the benefit of a bike, and of course, the gas! good luck.
